Hello everyone, we are happy to announce that we have set our official release date for the game's full version, as well as our release on Steam, for later this month (in just a few short weeks) - October 28th, 2022

WHERE WE'VE BEEN

To those of you who have been following our development, this may come as a surprise, as we have not posted an update for several months prior to this announcement. It's entirely possible that some of you may even have thought we had abandoned the project, but have no fear, as you can obviously see now that that is not the case. Hopefully I can explain what has happened here - the short version is this: we have been working on the game this entire time, but personal life issues kept getting in our way, and so development was very on-again-off-again for several months, and then kicked back up again to full speed recently. Due to the on-and-off nature of development during that first period, as well as the chaos in our personal lives, we did not post any updates to the game during that time even though development was still ongoing very slowly. Now that our speed has increased, and given the large gap of time that has passed, we decided to just push through to our final release version instead of continuing to release Early Access updates. We have managed to bring the game to the release candidate that we were aiming for at the start of Early Access, and we look forward to giving the project the send off it deserves. We also want to apologize to our fans and to our community for the lack of communication during this period, and any confusion that our silence may have caused. 


WHAT TO EXPECT

For those of you who have already played the game in Early Access, the full release version will be largely the same, with the exception of bugfixes, quality of life improvements, minor gameplay improvements, visual enhancements, and accessibility features such as subtitles, as well as performance optimization.

This information should come as no surprise, as we have stated previously on our main page in the "ABOUT EARLY ACCESS" section: 

As we are a student team, we will NOT be adding any new content, only improving and fixing what is already here in preparation for a full release.

Having been transparent about the types of changes we had planned for full release since the beginning, we are confident that we will be able to deliver on our promises. Our team of 40+ students and volunteers dropped down to around 5 individuals at the start of Early Access, who have been working hard on cleaning up the rough edges of this project to present it in the best light possible and give it the send off it deserves for our full release.
